Besparkle is a business in the Fashion Jewellery and Accessories industry that sells SWAROVSKI Jewellery, Watches, Ornaments and Accessories.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of Booking Voucher with Courier It or JKJ Express.
Deliveries from Monday to Friday only (Excluding Public Holidays)
Main City Centres: 1 to 2 working days
Regional/Outlying/Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days
No deliveries on public holidays and weekends
To ensure safety and security of your parcel, orders placed after 2pm on Thursday till Sunday will only be handed over to the courier company on the following Monday.

The offering on this website is available to South Africa only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Besparkle is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Besparkle will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Exchanges within 30 days of purchase with proof of payment, in original condition & packaging. No exchanges on pierced Earrings and SALE items. No refunds. Swarovski offers a full statutory 2 year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Swarovski products purchased from authorized SWAROVSKI retailers, which only covers damage that, in the opinion of an authorized SWAROVSKI retailer, is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Swarovski’s special product Care Advice.
For exchanges or returns on items purchased on Besparkle, goods must be taken physically into one of our SWAROVSKI stores LISTED here https://besparkle.co.za/partner-stores/ for assessment. Goods must be in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be processed via Payfast once we are satisfied that returned goods are in original condition. Refunds cannot be processed in-store.
No exchanges/returns/refunds on SALE items.
Due to hygiene purposes there is no exchanges/returns/refunds on pierced earrings
5. Customer Privacy policy
Besparkle shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Besparkle via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Besparkle separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Besparkle takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile

12. Variation
Besparkle may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
